Flexibility Designed for You

Having an experienced, full-time in-person teacher in the classroom will always be the best option for student learning. With the teacher shortage worsening, that's not always possible.

The second best option? A full-time, live, virtual teacher that delivers synchronous instruction to students every day. With budgetary concerns looming and COVID relief funds drying up, many schools are required to make tough choices when it comes to staffing classrooms. We offer 3 tiered options to suit both your students' needs and your budget.

Tiered Options

Tier I

100% Live Instruction

In Tier I, students get a live, synchronous teacher to work with them each day, all day. Students complete independent practice as part of each lesson with their full-time teacher as a guide.

Tier II

60% Live Instruction

In Tier II, teachers will deliver synchronous instruction 3 days per week (M/W/F is recommended) and students will complete independent practice on their own during the other days.

Tier III

50% Live Instruction

In Tier III, teachers will provide 4 hours of live instruction per day. The lessons are recorded each day and students alternate between receiving live lessons and watching recorded ones.

What We Deliver

VIRTUAL INSTRUCTION

Our teachers deliver virtual instruction to students in your physical classrooms.

The instruction can be delivered with a 1:1 device model (where each student has their own computer or device) or it can be delivered to a large group via Smartboard, whichever option is most feasible for your classroom.

Our teachers are certified in your state, so you can rest assured that a certified, qualified teacher is available for each student. All you need is a reliable internet connection and a classroom.

ASSIGNMENTS

Our assignments are designed carefully, with state standards at the forefront. Each assignment will address multiple state standards and is designed for deep and meaningful practice.

All assignments can and will be modified to differentiate for learning styles and capabilities.

Many of our assignments can be easily graded by the in-class substitute but assigned essays will be graded by your virtual instructor who will also provide feedback on students' writing samples.

SUBSTITUTE SUPPORT

Often, a long-term substitute is required, but not ready or certified to teach a certain subject. Our certified virtual teachers are here to help! We work with your substitutes to ensure that the are able to manage the classroom, grade work and assist students where necessary. This is also a great opportunity for student teachers to gain experience while working alongside an experienced master teacher.

STUDENT SUPPORT

We are committed to supporting our students in any way we can. Each virtual teacher will offer 1:1 assistance to students in class and will hold virtual "office hours" after school so students and parents can access additional support.

We also offer teachers with special education certifications to ensure all students are getting the accommodations they need.
